The Humble Pie
Trauma Recovery Coaching That Meets You Where You Are

Welcome to My Policy Page
I want you to feel safe, supported, and informed before we work together.
Here you'll find clear, compassionate policies about confidentiality, payments, refunds, accessibility, and what coaching can and can’t offer.
If you ever have questions, just reach out. I’m here to help you understand every step.
Coaching Disclaimer
Scope of Practice
I am a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach™, not a therapist or medical provider.
Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, crisis support, or medical care.
If you are in crisis, contact 911, 988 (U.S.), or your local emergency line.
Healing often brings emotional, relational, and somatic shifts. I will meet you where you are with trauma-informed tools, gentle accountability, and deep respect for your agency.
Confidentiality
Sessions are conducted via Zoom or a similar video platform. These platforms are not HIPAA-compliant, so absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
I do not record sessions without your written consent.
Group confidentiality is encouraged, but because participants control their own environments, it cannot be guaranteed.
