Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are normally counted as a completed session. I understand that unexpected circumstances happen, so one late cancellation or missed appointment may be rescheduled as a courtesy during a coaching package. If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will remain available for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. After 15 minutes without contact, the appointment will be considered a missed session. Sessions that begin late will still end at the originally scheduled time.
