The Humble Pie, LLC, operated by Jane Davidson, is responsible for the information it receives through this website and its services. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to thehumblepie@eathumblepies.com.
Visiting and contacting me
This website does not have its own account, contact form, or checkout. If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. I use that information to respond and, when relevant, to provide the service you ask about. Please avoid putting sensitive personal details in an initial email.
The site’s hosting provider, OpenAI Sites, may process technical information associated with visits, such as requests and device or browser details, to deliver and protect the site. These pages also request fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical information when your browser loads them. I have not added advertising pixels or a separate analytics script to this site.
Booking, payment, and community
Booking links take you to Acuity Scheduling. If you book, the information you enter there, such as your name, contact details, appointment choice, and any answers you provide, is used to arrange and deliver our conversation. Scheduling details may also be shared with the calendar and video services used for the appointment. Payment is handled through Acuity and its connected payment processors, Stripe or PayPal; you do not enter card information on this website.
Links to The Cut take you to Skool. If you join, Skool handles your account, membership, payment, and community activity under its own privacy practices. Please review the notices on Acuity, Skool, and the payment service you choose before providing information there.
How information is used and kept
I use information you provide to answer messages, arrange appointments, deliver services you request, and keep the records needed to run The Humble Pie. I may share information with the service providers needed for those purposes or when required by law. I keep it for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations, then review whether it should be retained.
Your choices
You can choose whether to email me, book a session, or join The Cut. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, correct, or delete personal information I hold. Contact me at thehumblepie@eathumblepies.com with a request. For information held in an Acuity or Skool account, you may also need to use that service’s privacy controls.
I will update this page if the ways this website collects or uses information change.
